It's because they dream in color that they embellish everything they touch. In 2006, craftsmen's achievements are recognized and Montréal is named city of design.
With this decaffeinated coffee, our curators wish to offer a late-night companion to those who like to admire what these creators like to dream about.
The beans are ground just before shipping.
Decaffeinated Touché coffees are obtained by the process called Swiss Water Process (SWISS WATER®)
This modern technology only uses water. No solvents such as methylene chloride or ethyl acetate are used.
This chemical-free process guarantees 99,9% caffeine-free coffee.
This gentle method thus preserves the chlorogenic acids and amino acids contained in the grain. Result, better body and better flavor.

Proud creator of their first recipe for dark chocolate, the Arhoma team has created a chocolate that has little bitterness and acidity, to give way to fruity aromas with cocoa flavors. It can be enjoyed wonderfully with 1976 coffee beans.
Thanks to its creamy and enveloping texture and because it has been slowly caramelized, Dulcey chocolate, composed of 32% white chocolate and pure cocoa butter, goes perfectly with the 1967 coffee beans.
