    Online order and payment

    Placing an order online

    1. Browse our online catalog. To access a product category more quickly, use the navigation menu. For a more precise search, you can also use the search tool on the home page: enter your search by keyword then validate. The site will then offer you the corresponding content.
    2. Add all the items you want to buy to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the desired product, then on the “add to cart” tab. You can view and modify the content of your basket at any time by clicking on the "basket" tab.
    3. Once you have completed your selection, go to your shopping cart. You can then choose whether it is a one-time purchase or a recurring purchase, in which case you can refer to the “recurring purchase” chapter of this page for more information. Then click on the "place order" tab.
    4. Enter the requested information or log in by clicking on the "open a session" tab if you already have an account. Then click on the "Continue to shipping method" tab to continue your purchase.
    5. Now select the delivery method of your choice and click on the "Continue to payment method" tab.
    6. At this stage you can enter a promo code or use your gift card if you have one. Then check the information entered for the address and the delivery method and select your payment method, taking care to enter your credit card information if this is the payment method used. Finally, click on the "place my order at the end of the page" tab.
    7. An order confirmation is then displayed with the number of your order as well as a reminder of the main information. You can also click on the "Receive SMS Shipment Status Updates" tab to be notified in real time of the status of your order. An information email is also sent to you with the summary of your order to the email address entered during your purchase.

    Recurring purchase

    In order to make your coffee experience as pleasant as possible, our online shop offers a recurring purchase system from which you can choose the frequency. This subscription system also allows you to save 15% on your purchases. It can be stopped at any time, at no cost, by going to your account.

    You do not have to create an account to place an order

    You can place an order with ease without creating an account. Your account will be automatically opened from your first purchase, and you will be able to access it at any time to see your purchase history.

    You can also opt to open an account without buying, which allows you to benefit from exclusive promotions and to be informed of the latest news in priority.

    Correct account information

    Change or cancel an order

    As long as the package has not been sent, you can change the contents or cancel it. For this thank you for sending us an email as soon as possible to the address .  

    In case of cancellation, a portion of 5% of the payment made is retained by Café Touché.

    Sold out

    All the products presented for sale on the café Touché are in stock. If, in exceptional cases, you order a product that is not in stock then it was not mentioned on the screen, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay. You will then be able to replace your product or cancel your order, of your choice.

    Applicable taxes on products

    There is no tax on coffee. For other products such as cleaning products and accessories, GST, QST and HST taxes are applied depending on the province where you live.

    Order by phone

    You can place an order by phone during our opening hours. The information to be provided will be the same as if you order on the site, and the delivery times are identical. Please note, however, that the accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard only.


    Free Shipping

    We offer free shipping (with the exception of Yukon, Nunavut, Labrador and the Northwest Territories) for all purchases greater than or equal to 39 $.

    Otherwise, the single delivery rate is 8.95 $ for all of Canada. Our deliveries are handled by Canada Post.

    We ship to the United States

    Delivery to the United States (except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii): delivery costs of $ 19.95 are charged. Our deliveries are made by Canada Post.

    Steroids, EPO, HGH and Peptides Shipping

    All orders received before 15 h are shipped the same day. Otherwise, the next business day. For orders made on Saturday or Sunday, the shipment is made the following Monday.

    The delivery time depends on the delivery method selected during your purchase and can vary from 1 to 7 working days.

    Order confirmation

    Delivery address different from billing address

    When you buy, you are asked to specify the shipping address you want. This may be different from the billing address.

    Returns and Exchanges Policy

    100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK: We accept all returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition, with their original packaging in perfect condition, otherwise the return will be automatically refused. It can be returned within 7 business days after purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (#RMA).

    Unauthorized returns are not accepted. In order to return the items, you must email us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (#RMA) as well as instructions for returning the product to us. We will also need to know precisely why the item is returned. You will need to provide us with your name and your order number.

    IMPORTANT: Please make sure to keep all original boxes of the item purchased, as well as packing materials. You will need it in case of return or in case of activation of the guarantee for certain accessories.

    If you find that your item has problems running, you must contact us before any initiative within three working days (3) after the date of receipt of the goods.


    There is no applicable guarantee on coffee.

    Our other products including electronics or mechanics, such as accessories, are guaranteed for one year. Problems due to a manufacturing defect are covered by a 100% manufacturer's warranty.

    To activate the warranty, you must first contact us so that we can diagnose the problem and give you a (#RMA). The article will then have to be sent to us and will be checked by a qualified technician. Café Touché will then determine the cause of the problem and decide to repair or replace the product before returning it to you.

    It is imperative in this case to get a (#RMA) and instructions from the Cafe Touché before any initiative. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
